AI Ready Pro ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it.

AI Ready Pro is a product by a sole trader based in the Netherlands. You can reach us at marketing.r.automation@gmail.com.

2. What data we collect

• Email address — if you voluntarily submit it after completing the scan
• Scan answers and score — the 12 answers you provide and the calculated score
• Payment data — processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details
• Technical data — basic server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamp) for security purposes

3. How we use your data

• To send you your AI Readiness score and report by email
• To process your payment for the full report (via Stripe)
• To follow up with relevant information about AI implementation (only if you opted in)
• To improve the scanner and our services

We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Legal basis (GDPR)

We process your data on the following legal bases:

• Consent — when you submit your email address
• Contract — when you purchase the full report
• Legitimate interest — for server security logs

5. Data storage

Your data is stored on a secure server in the European Union. We retain your email and scan results for a maximum of 12 months, after which they are deleted.

6. Third-party services

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data

8. Cookies

We use localStorage in your browser to temporarily store your scan answers and score. This data never leaves your device unless you submit your email address. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising pixels.
